Welcome to the FREE self-guided 30-Day Whimsical Mini Building Art Challenge! This creative journey invites you to design and illustrate charming, magical buildings in a small format. This challenge is all about having fun and bringing whimsical concepts to life. There is no specific start or end dates, as this is a self-guided challenge. You get to decide when you will start the challenge! Note: There are no video tutorials in this challenge. This challenge is all about you exercising your imagination and creating your own unique buildings!
HOW IT WORKS:
- Duration: 30 days of daily prompts to spark your imagination.
- Canvas Size: Recommended size is 5×5 inches, but feel free to use any size you like.
- Mediums: Watercolor and ink are great choices, but feel free to use pencil crayons, markers, acrylics, or any medium that inspires you.
- Sharing: Share your creations on social media with the hashtag #WhimsicalBuildingChallenge to connect with other artists and get inspired!

Getting Started :
- Pick Your Tools: Start with basic materials—paper, pencil, and any coloring tools you enjoy (watercolor, markers, colored pencils, etc.).
- Review the Prompt: Each day, read the prompt and imagine how you could create a whimsical building or structure based on that idea. No need to be perfect—focus on having fun!
- Sketch Lightly: Begin with simple shapes and outlines. Don’t worry about details right away.
- Add Details and Color: Once you’re happy with your sketch, add details, ink your lines, and then add color if you wish to!
- Enjoy the Process: This challenge is about creativity, not perfection. Exercise your imagination and have fun with each design!
